Three Arrows Lot 102: Red Blend - Napa Valley, CA
A medley of wild blueberry and strawberry aromas combine with dark plum scents that originate from a healthy dose of Malbec. With enough patience, complex aromas of tobacco, fresh mint and chocolate can also be coaxed from the glass. Silky, mouth-coating tannins support loads of dark fruit flavors and 18 months aging in French oak barrels imparts subtle nuances of vanilla and cedar that reverberate in the finish like echoes in a canyon.
Lot 102 is a rich, full-bodied red blend from select Napa Valley vineyards.
Three Arrows Lot 101: Cabernet Sauvignon - Napa Valley, CA
Dark and powerful with alluring scents of blueberry and plum kissed by a touch of oak and anise. This Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied, smooth and approachable with mouth-coating black fruits and molten dark chocolate nuances. We believe it is a stunning value given its renowned Napa Valley vineyard sources that include Oakville, Yountville, Atlas Peak, Oak Knoll, and Coombsville.
Lot 101 is an elegant Bordeaux style blend aged in new, medium-toast French oak.

Additional Notes from the Winemaker:
The various vineyards contributing to this wine were all harvested during October 2018 after a delightful summer with generous sunshine and cool nights. These ideal ripening conditions produced grapes with intense flavor and well-developed tannin.
After a 3-day cold soak, fermentation began with a yeast we specifically chose to enhance mouthfeel and texture. Twice daily pump-overs aided in the extraction of color and fine skin tannin.
Fermentation on skins lasted 18 days before very gently pressing to a maximum 150gal/ ton. The wine was then racked twice for better aeration and introduced to new, medium toast French Oak.
Each lot of Three Arrows wine is produced in limited quantities and will be available in select stores only while supplies last.
